Who is responsible for your data
This site is run by Andronik, registered in Indonesia, at Ubud, Bali. We are the data controller for everything described below. Write to hello@andronik.app about any of it.
The camera
Face tracking runs entirely inside your browser, on your own device. The video never leaves your phone: no frame of it and no image of your face is uploaded, transmitted, stored or seen by us or by anyone else. We could not show you your own session if you asked, because it does not exist anywhere after you close the tab.
What we do collect
When you join, we store your email address, language, country as reported by our network provider, the page and campaign that brought you here, and the time you joined or unsubscribed. If you answer the optional survey, we also store your answers and whether you agreed to a follow-up conversation. With permission where required, we count visits and actions on the site.
What we never collect
We do not ask for or store images, video or measurements of your face or body, your contacts, your precise location or activity from other sites. The optional survey asks about goals and experience, not diagnoses or medical records; please do not send medical information in it.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and network providers process the information needed to serve and protect the site. Waitlist records and our own site counts are stored in our database, not sent to an advertising analytics company. Your email address goes to our email provider so that a message can reach you. We do not sell personal data and there is no advertising tracker on this site.
Where it is stored
On servers our hosting provider runs in Singapore. If you are in the EU or the EEA, that is a transfer outside it, and we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for it. We are a small operation and we say this plainly rather than burying it: if you would rather your data did not leave Europe, write to hello@andronik.app and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep anonymous visit counts for up to two years. We keep your waitlist record and optional survey answers while we research, prepare and launch Andronik, or until they are no longer needed. Unsubscribing stops future waitlist messages but does not itself erase the record. Write to hello@andronik.app if you want us to delete it.
Consent
We use the information you submit to provide the waitlist and optional survey you requested. We use limited technical data to secure and operate the site. In the EU and EEA, optional measurement waits until you say yes. You can decline measurement and still join the waitlist.
Your rights
Write to hello@andronik.app and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within 30 days. There is no form to fill in.
